In this present dispensation, it is either a company keeps up with innovation

depends greatly on the intellectual capacity of her employees. Every now and
then, businesses shot down because they lack or have inadequate human resources
with the required skills. Having scanned through our environment, we observed
that;
- so many are jobless because they lack the required skills for corporate integration.
- businesses are performing so poorly with respect to their corporate bottomline while many are closing down because of poorly or inadequately skilled human resources to drive performance, productivity, profitability and sustainability.
- most individuals who wish to have these corporate skills lack the required financial capacity to match their quest.

- If the problem of poor human resource capacity continues, development at all levels will become daydream.
To these needs, this scholarship
programme had been designed to address them.

OF SCHOLARSHIP
- Scholarship Requirement:
ü Must
be in the category of NCE/OND holders, graduates/corps members, teachers, civil
servants, corporate workers, entrepreneurs, business persons, managers,
supervisors, secretaries and others.
Application:
Application for this
scholarship is open to all that meet the requirement above. Application is
on-going and shall be closed by April 10, 2018.
Screening
and Selection:
100 people shall be
selected for this scholarship.
Training:
ü Training
shall be conducted by quality professionals with quality knowledge and
experience.
ü Training
shall be delivered on Microsoft PowerPoint via overhead projector.
ü Training
shall be practical-based and interactive.
Assessment:
Assessment shall be
based upon 100% attendance.
Certification:
Certification shall be
based upon 100% attendance.
