AWARD
This award recognizes CEO’s and MD’s for their contribution to Professional
Management. For Management Team to be successful in any organization, senior management
buy-in is critical. Professional Management champions are those who have gone
the extra mile and who drive successful management strategy from the top.
Entries for this award should detail examples of a CEO/MD who will act as an
ambassador to promote strategic management in the executive community:Criteria
- Demonstrates leadership in
ensuring people issues are strategically managed
- Champions specific Management or
“Employer of Choice” initiatives
- Involves the management team
in designing business strategies
- Shows personal leadership and
integrity in driving diversity, transformation and flexibility
